Apartment in perfect conditions, in residence with private parking in the Puig Rom area (mountain in front of the Port of Roses) at 500 m from the beach and the centre of Roses, with capacity for 1/4 people. Air Conditioning.

Located 10/15 minutes on foot from the centre of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.
