We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Pietrosella, this charming air-conditioned flat with sight sea, on the bay of Ajaccio, with 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a nice terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

- A 19 m² terrace facing south-west, with a splendid view over the bay of Ajaccio with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets.
The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
