This luxurious holiday home has everything you need to have a perfect holiday by the sea. The attractive house is completely sustainable, the electricity is generated by solar panels and the house and the water are heated by a heat pump. As soon as you enter the house you will experience the warm luxurious atmosphere. The open kitchen with cooking island is a real eye-catcher and is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal. At the round dining table you can enjoy the food together or just sit down for a while. The sofa invites you to sink into the flat screen TV. The pleasant underfloor heating makes this house very suitable for cold days, but also during a cool summer evening. From the living room you can walk straight into the large garden. Enjoy the sounds of nature or a delicious drink from the lounge sofa. Enjoy a delicious meal from the garden table. There is a trampoline for children, on which they can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, the bathroom and a 2nd toilet.
