In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June onwards, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, fee-paying laundry (washer/dryer).
New 56 m2 apartment on the 2nd and top floor, with breathtaking ocean views, sleeps 6.
It comprises a 23m2 living room with sitting area: sofa-bed for 2 people, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave). A 1st bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and dressing room, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) that can be joined together, and dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC and storeroom. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a large 13m2 balcony with terrace furniture.

Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
Free private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
