The open-plan kitchen, separated from the living room by a central island, is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, dishwasher, hood, 2 induction hobs, microwave) and opens onto a west-facing balcony. The living/dining room, with its double aspect to the west and north, offers a breathtaking view of Pereire beach and the basin. A north-facing balcony, with furniture and awning, completes the living space. On the first floor of the residence, a storeroom/laundry room with washing machine (and window) is at your disposal.
