Comfortable Tuscan style country house, with garden and swimming pool, about 3 km from the pretty little town of Monte San Savino. This old farmhouse, nestled in the hills overlooking the Chiana Valley, is tastefully decorated. The ground floor includes an open living room, divided by beams, the central point of the house. The kitchen overlooks the terrace with barbecue and views of the Chiana Valley. The house has several terraces on the ground floor and on the first floor, where the bedrooms are located. The swimming pool with summer terrace and comfortably furnished covered terrace is located below. Only 2 km away you will find a good restaurant, accessible on foot by a path through beautiful picturesque landscapes. Monte San Savino offers a choice of good restaurants, bars and a glacier, as well as shops. On Wednesdays a weekly market is held in the city. Take advantage of your stay to taste the local specialities and the famous Porchetta, a culinary preparation made from suckling pig cooked on the spit. For your cultural excursions, Arezzo is 18 km away, Cortona 25 km, Montepulciano and Siena 45 km, and Florence 90 km. The land is fully fenced. Access to the house is by an unpaved road.
