We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Arcachon, this charming studio with a surface of 21 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a lunch with friends or family. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- In the entrance hall bunk beds.
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 160cm) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bath and WC.
Outside :
- A balcony set back from the street facing East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.
The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet residence 2 minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located in the heart of the town, you can discover the charming Ville d'Hiver district with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unobstructed view of the Bay!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty, 8 minutes walk from your home, to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

Concerning the means of transport, here is some information which could be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Arcachon train station located at about 7 minutes walk.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport located about 50 minutes away by car.
