Magnificent 3-star furnished holiday home!
Come and stay in this fully renovated and equipped 48 [m²] apartment, located near Embrun's lake and the surrounding ski resorts.
It has a large balcony equipped with garden furniture, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. (Superb sunsets in the evening).
In a quiet residence backing onto a forest, your stay will be peaceful and rejuvenating, whether with family or friends (free access to a pétanque court).
You'll love the calm of the residence and the quality of the apartment's facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, microwave, toaster, raclette machine, hair dryer...
The bedroom (over 12 [m²]) has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and very large storage cupboards.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a high-quality clic-clic sofa for sleeping. Board games and books are available.
Finally, there's a large cellar (6 [m²]) for storing your ski, mountain bike or water sports equipment.
We've fallen in love with the region's climate and its many activities, and are passionate about hiking, mountain biking, skiing and water sports.

The apartment is located at the bottom of the Saint-Sauveur commune, close to the Baratier shopping area, where you'll find all the shops you need. The shuttle bus stop for the Orres ski resort is 200 [m] from the residence (12 minutes by car). 1 [km] from Embrun lake and 4 [km] from Embrun town center.
Access to other ski resorts: Crévoux: 20 minutes, Réallon: 28 minutes, Vars and Risoul: 35 minutes.
Free private parking for your vehicle.
TV and WIFI provided.
Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is enjoy your stay.
