The spacious, fully-equipped 110-square-meter apartment is ready to accommodate 8 people.
It comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely living and dining room opening onto a large furnished balcony where you can admire Mont Blanc while enjoying a good meal.

Accommodation
The chalet has 3 bedrooms, with 3 double beds (160cm), 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, as well as several washbasins. Not forgetting a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a lovely lounge area for relaxing after a day's hiking. Ideal for 6-8 people.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Parking / Garage, Wifi, Dishwasher, Heating, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Gas stove, Barbecue, Oven. The fireplace is not functional, so it's not possible to make a fire.
The apartment also has a large furnished balcony-terrace facing Mont Blanc, where you can enjoy meals with your family and admire the view of the surrounding countryside. The large garden will be much appreciated in summer and winter alike.
Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet.
The Chamonix golf course is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the heart of nature that will delight young and old alike.
You're just a 10-minute walk from the Flégère and Brévent gondola lifts.
In summer, these gondolas will take you to numerous hikes such as Lac Blanc, offering sublime panoramas of the Mont Blanc chain and the Mer de glace.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip.
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at extra cost. For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Location
