Major dissatisfaction with the apartment maintenance team. When we arrived on 20/01 we were supposed to collect the keys with the apartment cleaned by 4pm. When we arrived at 4:30 pm we found that the cleaning had still not been done. So we waited. At 5.30pm no cleaning crew had arrived, so I started vacuuming and mopping the apartment. The cleaning crew arrives at 5:45 pm.... And then, surprise, they use the same cloths to clean the toilets and the kitchen worktop, as well as the windows !!!!! They arrive with their mop water already dirty and they don't change it, which means that the floors of the apartment are just as dirty as before. In the bathroom, they didn't clean the tiles or the mirror (traces of toothpaste...). I asked them to give the fridge a good scrubbing because there were still crumbs, but they didn't do it!
