Magnificent 2-star duplex house of 60 square meters located in Moliets et Maa.
Welcome to the "51 Maison du Golf" in Moliets-et-Maa , 2-star accommodation.
The house is 60 square meters, has a furnished terrace, three bedrooms and plenty of storage space, ideal for vacations and ready to accommodate 8 people (ideally 7).
It is located in a peaceful area, close to the SEA and the BEACH, in the middle of the Moliets Golf&Tennis area, 4 minutes by car from the DOWNTOWN and close to bars, restaurants and shops.
Accommodation
The accommodation is charming and very well equipped. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Sleeping up to 8 people (ideally 7), it comprises three bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds (0.80x190), a second with two single beds (0.80x90) and a third with a double bed (160x200); a fully-equipped, functional kitchen; a shower room; a bathroom with bathtub; and a living room with sofa bed, 4G SMART TV and dining area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hairdryer. ATTENTION: no washing machine in the house, but a laundry area with washing machines is 50 meters from the house. Wifi for a fee - subscription available from pierre et vacances.
You'll also enjoy a furnished outdoor terrace overlooking the golf courses: a BBQ and electric plancha are provided free of charge; and to complete your stay, the residence has a pretty garden and a pleasant swimming pool! The residence is located in a peaceful area of the Moliets golf course, in a place called "Les maisons du Golf de Pierre et Vacances", 800 meters from the sea, 10 minutes by car from the Moliets lake and close to bars and restaurants.
This is a Pierre&Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are not free of charge. You can obtain the program at reception. However, you have free access to the shared swimming pools on the residence grounds, as well as to the deckchairs provided around them!
ASK US for more people, as the nearby house 88 on the same estate, which sleeps 5, can be rented in parallel, or house 84, similar to yours, which sleeps 6.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. The CITY CENTER is just a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket 5 minutes away by car in the central beach area, and a large U express in the center of Moliets.

The village center is a 9-minute bike ride away. You'll find everything you need! Moliets' 2 beaches are 7 minutes away. The Chênes Lièges beach is quieter and more secluded; and the central beach is livelier, with several restaurants and bars in the vicinity.
The Étang de Moliets is a 7-minute bike ride away. You can go for a walk or go fishing!
For your daily needs, there's a SPAR Supermarket just 5 minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bike.

The accommodation is located on the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a beautiful beach, the "chênes lièges", a secluded "green" beach, and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Club, which itself is next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, peacefully and serenely. There's also a second, more lively beach, 10 minutes away by bike, in an area of bars and restaurants, the "central" beach of Moliets. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
