The neuralgic center of Potes offers ample options of cultural character as the Church of San Vicente, gastronomic as it is the case of the classic Taberna La Barrica where to taste traditional products of the zone, or historical as the district of Solana with its medieval aspect.
This town, declared a historic-artistic site, has great scenic interest as it is located in the Liébana region, bathed by the rivers Deva and Quiviesa, with buildings dating from the Middle Ages as the San Cayetano Bridge, in an exceptional environment near the Picos de Europa National Park, and nestled in the amazing Desfiladero de la Hermida.
