Villa Giselda offers the possibility of regenerating oneself in an enchanting place without renouncing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres and the most beautiful beaches of the Latium Coast. Only 8 km from the centre of Formia with its shops, railway station, ferries to the islands and the beach of Vindicio famous for windsurfing, kitesurfing and water sports; 13 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and the beautiful white sandy beaches; 25 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic old town, marina and sandy beaches.
Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour and a half with trains leaving every hour from Formia station.
A semi-detached villa with an independent entrance, the area available to guests is about 120 square metres on a single level on a raised floor. The house, fully air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, consists of a large living room with suede sofa, 65-inch satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs, open kitchen with dishwasher, 5-plate induction hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, double-door refrigerator. Relaxation area, with billiard table, leading to a bathroom with shower and 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with TV in the room. A patio outside the house with the barbecue area, pizza oven, hob and a large table with chairs. The house is surrounded by 500 square metres of garden with palm trees and a play area equipped with a swing and jumping, loungers in the oval pool area, an outdoor shower and another complete bathroom with washing machine. All this to fully enjoy this magical place!
