We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming apartment entirely renovated in 2022 with ski resort accessible on foot, swimming pool and sauna within the residence, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi, sheets included, we are waiting for you to spend a good vacation, with or without children, in a personalized atmosphere!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa-beds and dining area for 4 guests.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle, blender (soup), Cookeo multi-cooker, pancake and raclette machine, fondue machine....
- A room with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A balcony facing North-East, of about 5 m² on the garden level with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
Common space in the residence :
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, about 5×10 meters, secured by an electric shutter, open on the same dates as the whole resort, from December 18, 2022 to April 15, 2023, and from July 2 to August 27, 2023.
- Fitness area, sauna.
The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from the ideal location of the residence with access to the ski slopes on the end of a blue slope, 50 m from the departure of the chairlift of the Milky Way, allowing also a direct access to ski to the center of the resort.300 meters from all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ... and 350 meters from the ESF kindergarten.
At 1500 m of altitude, the resort of Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama on the most beautiful surrounding summits, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay!
Activities :
- You will have many activities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledging, dog sled rides, ski school at 600 meters, mountain biking ...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sled race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, "Dragon Island" leisure park...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A shuttle bus within the resort, stop at the chairlift at 30 m, circulates every day of the season, many stops, including the daycare and the ESF meeting point. stop at the chairlift. Follow the arrival of the bus in real time with the Zenbus application !
- Access by car via the A43 freeway, direction Turin, exit n°27 (Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne) then follow Vallée de l'Arvan.
- SNCF TGV and TER station of Saint-Jean de Maurienne at 25 minutes by shuttle or cab.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).
Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Welcome kit offered: sponge, dishwasher tablet, 10 Nespresso pods.
- Sheets included.
- Towels, baby bed with mattress, high chair on request in supplement, payment and payment with our provider on the spot.
