This apartment for rent studio semi-basement in Costa del Sol (Malaga), with a maximum capacity of 4 people, is located in a traditional and tranquil suburb of Málaga called Barrio de la Trinidad. It is an ideal location for those who wish to have everything on hand but have a tighter budget.
Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are only 800 metres away. The Cathedral, Alcazaba y Roman Theatre are less than 1 km away. Cervante Theatre, Carmen Thyssen Theatre, Picasso’s Birthplace and the Picasso Museum are only 500 metres away.
It is located next to the riverbed of Río Guadalmedina and only a 12 minute walk away from the heart of the Historical Centre and La Plaza de la Constitución.
It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. In the main accommodation there is a double 150cm x 200xm bed and two double sofa beds.
The fully equipped bathroom has a bathtub/shower. This studio is ideal for a group of friends or family who wish to spend some time in the city, being only a few minutes away from the centre and at a very reasonable price. It has a/c inverter and it is very tranquil and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing around the city visiting its beautiful attractions. There is also a small rooftop shared with other apartments.
In addition all our apartments have maid service, discounts for breakfast at emblematic sites of the city, and excellent customer service for 24 hours. Our kind of professional can advise to choose the best places to visit in the city, the most famous restaurants, museums … Do not worry about anything and just enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival.
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
