There's also a double bedroom (bed 160x200) for people with reduced mobility, with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll have access to a living room with a convertible sofa (sleeps 2 extra people) with television, an office area, two double bedrooms (bed 160x200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 + baby bed), a shower room (shower + basin) and an independent toilet. Outside: parking, covered terrace, deckchairs, barbecue, tent. Heating, electricity, made-up beds, towels and household linen are included in the daily price. On the heights of the Champagne vineyards, with breathtaking views over the hillsides, 30 minutes from Chatillon sur Seine and the For?t d'Orient lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes, come and discover 'L'Ubacchus'. Nestled in a 2.5-hectare park with wild animals (sheep, horses, pigs), you'll enjoy relaxation, quality materials and unlimited access to the spa. For the little ones, the owner offers rides on his horse. By prior arrangement and subject to availability: vineyard tours and tasting of the owner's Champagne.
