There's a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed (quality mattress 140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be made into a double), and a shower room (shower + washbasin) with WC. Outside, you'll find a terrace/balcony and a garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Street parking. Beds will be made up on arrival, linen and towels included. Heating and electricity extra (invoiced according to consumption). Dog supplement: 10?/day according to dog category. All shops and amenities on site. Bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children?s seats can be hired from the owners (5?/day/person). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from S?zanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Small detached house on raised ground floor with enclosed private grounds. Heated, covered swimming pool option to be booked with the owners - 2-hour lesson: ?5/adult/lesson (free for children). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station? 15 km, winery visits, Provins and its medieval city, Ch?teau de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Grand ?tang de p?che 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, so you can book a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch, a visit to our winery and a tasting of our champagne. Reservation for our reception room (capacity 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evening in our reception room upon reservation. In late August and early September, we can take you to listen to the stag roar.
