The g?te du Pigeonnier can accommodate up to two people (2 single beds). Dining area, kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, fridge with freezer, multifunction mini oven, plancha), shower room (shower and toilet). All utilities are included in the price of your stay. Beds will be made up on arrival, household linen (tea towels, tablecloths) is provided free of charge, and end-of-day cleaning is included in the price. All shops and amenities on site. Bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children?s seats can be hired from the owners (5?/day/person). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station? 15 km, winery visits, Provins and its medieval city, Ch?teau de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Grand ?tang de p?che 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers, so if you make a reservation, you can visit our vineyards and enjoy a picnic lunch. Visit our winery and taste our champagne. Reservation of our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evening in our reception room upon reservation. Late August-December September possibility of taking you to listen to the stag bellow. 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from S?zanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Studio apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, with separate entrance.
