Situated 7 km from Brienne le Ch?teau, the town of Napoleon, 15 km from the For?t d'Orient lakes and 27 km from Lac du Der, this charming g?te can accommodate 10 people and comprises 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a large living room with a cocooning lounge and an equipped kitchen, all tastefully decorated in keeping with the charm of the house. A lovely shaded terrace and a large outdoor area with plenty of sun and shade all day long will delight young and old alike. Le Pr? des Marguerites is a timber-framed house, and although it comprises 2 semi-detached gîtes, they remain entirely independent (separated by a load-bearing wall and soundproofing on each side), with each part having its own separate entrance and terrace. A meeting room is also available for rental.
