On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a living room with dining area, lounge (sofa bed for 2 extra people) and kitchenette. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be offered as a double bed or separate beds) and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. On hot summer days, you can enjoy the coolness of the gite's cellar. Unenclosed private parking in front of the gite. Beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities included and end-of-day cleaning included in the price. For reasons of safety and lack of suitable facilities, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gite (charging points less than 5 km away in Les Riceys and Neuville sur Seine). 45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne tourist route and in the heart of the C?te des Bar vineyards. This pretty stone house adjoining another gite has been tastefully renovated and decorated to make a real little cocoon. You'll love the cachet of the old: stones, old fireplaces, beams, original parquet floors. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, cit? de caract?re (3 km), Maison de Renoir ? Essoyes, hiking trails, wine tasting and cellar visits? 30 min: lakes and Parc Naturel de la For?t d'Orient (swimming, water sports, accrobranches...). 40 min: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 min: city of Troyes (Cathedral, museums, factory outlets).
