On the ground floor, the gite features a living room with sofa bed, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a shower room (shower + washbasin) and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a superb double bedroom (bed 180x200) with sleeping area and desk, a double bedroom (bed 180x200) and a family room (bed 140x200 + 3 bunk beds + cot). On the landing, a media room with library area is available for relaxation. Air-conditioning. Outside, parking, bicycle garage, private enclosed gravelled courtyard (lawn on owners' property), terrace with pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the street opposite the gite, owners? swimming pool (unheated) available daily from 10am to 5pm from May to September with deckchairs, pool house, buoys, tent and garden furniture. Motorhome parking available on request. In the heart of the For?t d'Orient lakes, 5 minutes from the beaches of Lusigny sur Barse and Mesnil Saint P?re and 25 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this comfortable, bright and independent gite. In this quiet village, you'll find 2 restaurants on site, and the owner also offers pilates classes and Champagne tastings (details on site). All amenities are just 5 minutes away: supermarket, bakery, gas station, restaurants... To make your stay as pleasant as possible, beds will be made up, utilities included in the price of the stay, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
