On the ground floor, the gite features a living room with sitting area and equipped kitchenette, a shower room with walk-in shower, and an independent toilet. Upstairs, a small reading and games area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms (140x190 beds) and a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds that can be made into a double bed), a bathroom with shower and WC. Central heating is included in the price, as well as electricity and cleaning. Beds are made up and linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) is provided. Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, carport, courtyard and 300 m? of lawn. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: local walks, local produce (Chaource, Cidre du Pays d'Othe) ? 15 km, Troyes (museums, half-timbered houses...) ? 20 km, Champagne vineyards (cellar visits, tastings) ? 25 km, Lacs de la For?t d'Orient 30 km, Chablis 45 km. Just 20 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, and 45 minutes from the Chablis region, come and spend the day at Clos des Berdins, a veritable haven of peace where you can hear the birds sing. This former 1860 barn, once used as a table, has been restored while retaining some of its authentic features. Only 5 minutes away, you'll have access to local shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bakery...) and 10 minutes away, you'll find all amenities. The property is 800 meters from Mr. Dartus Nicolas, a master cutler and blacksmith, who offers training courses.
