You'll enjoy a living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises 3 double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190), a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190) and a master suite with double bed (1 bed 140x190) and private bathroom (shower + washbasin + toilet). A second bathroom with shower and washbasin and 2 separate WCs with washbasins complete the sanitary facilities. Outside, you'll have access to a courtyard used as a parking area and an unfenced grassed area. Beds are made up on arrival, and heating and electricity are included in the price of the stay from mid-April to the end of September. From 01/10 to 15/04, heating is an additional charge of ?10/day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gateway to the Yonne, this single-storey accommodation is a former professional building (administrative offices) converted and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet of 'Les Robins', you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of this place and the unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside, while benefiting from all amenities just a few minutes from the gîte.
