This lovingly renovated farmhouse is located in Ötz in the Habichen district and is the perfect accommodation for a group of friends or families. With the ski bus just 300 m away and a 40 m² terrace, you can spend a fantastic holiday in one of Austria's most popular valleys in both summer and winter.
The Ötztal is Tyrol's longest side valley and has endless hiking trails, climbs and mountain bike tours. In winter, the Ötztal Arena offers a wide ski area with numerous huts for stopping off and après-ski. The ski bus takes you from Oetz either to the nearby Hochötz ski area or to the Ötztal Arena.
Highlights of the cozy house are the large living room with tiled stove and television, a sauna and the large terrace. The house also has a new and fully equipped kitchen. You can find perfect relaxation at the nearby Piburger See.
