The house has four double bedrooms with balcony and fan, an independent kitchen with fireplace, a large dining room with fireplace, two bathrooms with bathtub, two toilets, a terrace with sea view, a garden with barbecue, dining room and an outdoor parking area for three cars. Pets not allowed.
This magnificent house with panoramic views of the Mar Mediterrania is located in a very quiet area of Carboneres in Llançà. Just a 5-minute walk from the Port beach, La Gola beach and La Farella beach and next to the Port, where you'll find all the restaurants, shops and promenade.
Llançà is a fishing village and very family-friendly, where you can enjoy great aquatic activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Sant Jaume trail, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village lies between two protected natural areas, Cap de Creus and the Albères, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada with its wonderful casino and other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
