The house has three bedrooms, an independent kitchen, a large dining room and living room with panoramic sea views, a bathroom, a large terrace, a private swimming pool, a play area and a large garage. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom in the garage. Pets allowed.
The house is next to the Tonyines beach, in the quiet La Coma district, and just a few minutes away you'll find the Port with its main restaurants and shops, the promenade, the Port beach, La Gola beach and the port.
Llançà is a fishing village and very family-friendly, where you can enjoy great aquatic activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Sant Jaume trail, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village lies between two protected natural areas, Cap de Creus and the Albères, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada with its wonderful casino and other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
