AT051 [hidden] de Mar: This semi-detached house is located in a new
100 meters from the Paella de Torredembarra beach. The house has
a terrace with garden furniture surrounded by lawn and has access to the
communal swimming pool (open from June to September) with beautiful views of the port
and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor are
living room with access to the terrace, well-equipped modern kitchen and WC. On the
second floor are 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with
with 2 single beds and the third bedroom with a pull-out bed
convertible into a double bed) with one bathroom with bath and one with
shower. And upstairs there's a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and
terrace. The house has air-conditioning in all rooms. You
can barbecue in the communal stone barbecues that the compound has.
The car can be parked inside the community parking lot in the
private garage (has access to the house). Group bookings made up of
aged between 16 and 26 are not accepted.
