This beautiful villa was built in traditional Dalmatian stone style as a kind of homage. Certainly unique and special, this villa is one of the finest examples of a combination of modern and traditional architecture with a selected and understated design.
The four spacious en-suite bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and the spacious living room with kitchen and dining area is ideal for all day family or social gatherings.
The villa is spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, gym with games room and two en-suite bedrooms.
On the first floor of the villa there are two rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the bathroom for the second room is right next to it.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern high quality appliances. The outer part is intended for complete hedonism.
A large pool of 40 m² occupies the central part of the yard and is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and vegetables. In the corner of the courtyard there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare delicacies during the sunset or watch the sunrise while having a delicious breakfast.
The house is in an ideal location if you want to explore the area. Beautiful beaches are the pride of Biograd. Find your favorite beach and enjoy! In addition to the idyllic beaches of Biograd and in the vicinity of our town you will find many natural beauties.
If you love islands, you will be amazed by the wondrous shapes of more than 140 islands of the Kornati National Park.In the Krka National Park you can enjoy the magic of the flow of the Krka River and its seven travertine waterfalls. The breathtaking beauty of the mythical Croatian mountain Velebit will relax you, but also bring a lot of adrenaline in Paklenica National Park.
