Space

A legendary Cannes landmark, this modern, friendly apartment is the ideal place for your family vacation or business trip.
The famous dancer Rosella High Tower made this historic site the largest dance school of the last century, as well as her personal residence.

It is composed as follows:

- Spacious entrance hall with storage space

- A living room with sofas, TV, coffee table and access to the balcony.

- The living room also has a sleeping area with a foldaway bed (140x200 cm) for 2 people.

- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso capsule) + filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, hob, fridge with freezer compartment.

- The kitchen has a dining area with access to a balcony. On this balcony is a relaxation area with a table for 2 people and a clothesline.

- A separate toilet is accessible from the corridor linking the living room to the rear of the apartment.

- The same corridor leads to a room with a work table for 6 people, which can be used as a meeting space for business trips, and a bathroom with shower.

- In the corridor, you'll have access to all the cupboards with hangers, closets and shelves.


Each room has :

- A 160x200 cm bed with clean, ironed sheets.
- A work and relaxation area, as well as personal storage space for your belongings.
- Bathroom with washbasin, shower, large mirror and hairdryer.


The apartment is very well maintained and has a WIFI connection.

A parking space is included in the rental, outside with open and secure parking for all types of vehicles (free parking).

Access

Travelers have access to the entire apartment except for a closet in the dining room where personal belongings are stored.

Interaction

The apartment is managed by a professional company based in Antibes and Cannes, who will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.
Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm. Please give us a precise time of arrival at the latest the day before your arrival so that someone can come to the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around.

This apartment is located in the Hôtel Particulier "le Gallia", Cannes' legendary Grand Palace, on the Colline Montfleury. Known for its calm and superb private park, the Gallia residence is surrounded by a sports complex accessible to all (municipal park with games for children, municipal swimming pool, tennis club with clay courts).


Transit

The apartment is located close to the famous Croisette and the "Palais Des Festivals". It boasts an exceptional location, just a 15-minute walk from the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, Cannes town hall, restaurants and shops, and 10 minutes from the Gambetta fruit and vegetable market.

All within walking distance. Located in a chic residential area, you can stroll through the magnificent Parc Montfleury or enjoy the bustle of Cannes boutiques from Rue d'Antibes. You'll also be able to get your shopping done quickly from the 24/7 supermarket just 150 meters from your residence.

Notes

On arrival, you'll be greeted by a member of our team, who will make sure your stay goes smoothly: handing over the keys, inventory of fixtures and presentation of the apartment, and assistance if needed.

Linen is included in the booking. A linen kit will be provided for each bed, depending on the number of guests on arrival.
Two shower towels (medium and small) per person will be provided on arrival.
A tea towel, bath mat and toilet rolls will be available on arrival.

Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
