In Seignosse, in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the Landes dune, pleasant, fully-renovated studio ideal for a 2-person vacation. Located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator, it comprises a tastefully decorated living room with a 160x200 (2x80) sofa bed, opening onto a west-facing balcony with a direct view of the dune. There's also a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette and a shower room. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Large residence in a residential area ideally located by the sea, offering a lifestyle all on foot. Its proximity to beaches, shops and the water park make it an ideal vacation home. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...For practicality, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The Vélodyssée bike path runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
