Casa Beach Valley is a large flat located in the centre of Sperlonga, only 300 metres from the sandy beach stretching towards the Circeo. The large balcony and the large windows of the rooms offer a splendid view of the old town and the sea. The accommodation is located on the 2.5 floor of a quiet four-storey building without lift. The strategic location of the house allows you to have all the services you need for a relaxing holiday: a well-equipped beach, a cycle path, a children's playground, restaurants, a bar, a tobacconist's, a pharmacy, a supermarket, Ncc and a bus service 200 m away that connects directly with the station. Parking is not available, but a car pass for public parking can be obtained directly at the parking meters.
It is an ideal accommodation for those who love tranquillity and the pleasure of a sea view, with the convenience of fully experiencing the city centre without ever having to use a car.

The flat consists of a large hallway; two bedrooms equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and console table with mirror and large window; a bedroom with 2 single beds and a window; a complete bathroom with washbasin and a large shower cubicle; an ante-bathroom with an additional washbasin; a functional kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and snack bar. Corner with washing machine. In the bright living room, equipped with a large dining table, sofa, TV Sat and Wi-Fi, you can live and eat while enjoying the sea view. The rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for the winter period and fans for the hottest days of the summer.
