Suitable for 1 large family or 2 families sharing their holiday.
Terraced house located in the town of Begur. 5 minutes walk from the historic centre. 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and supermarket.
The accommodation is over 3 floors.
Entering the house there is a sun terrace with automatic awning and terrace furniture for relaxing with a magnificent view.
On the main floor there is an entrance hall, WC, a spacious living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room leads out to the patio where the pool, sun loungers, outdoor table, chairs, parasol and barbecue are located.
The living room has a smart TV and fibre wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, different coffee machines (Dolce Gusto, Italian etc.), microwave, many pots and pans and crockery etc.
On the first floor are the bedrooms.

HOUSE RULES Before reserving the house at Begur Rentals read the booking conditions and house rules.
Water consumption will be controlled due to water restrictions approved by the Drought Decree.
In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, the deposit will not be returned and may require you to leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the tenants will lose the amounts paid so far as well as the deposit that will act, additionally, as a compensatory amount.
CONTRACTING CONDITIONS:HIGH SEASON:From July 1st to September 1st
The rental period is a minimum of 1 week. Always from Saturday to Saturday.
MEDIUM AND LOW SEASON
From January 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 31th
Short stays are allowed. Minimum stay 2 days.
