The 44 m² apartment comprises an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a dining area and a relaxation area with a 140 cm sofa bed, all opening onto a terrace with a small garden planted with trees.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom (washing machine) + WC.
You'll be able to enjoy your meals and laze in the sun on the terrace -2 private parking spaces within the residence.
