The house has 420m2 distributed over three heights and with a large, fully glazed interior patio, making the house very bright.
On the first floor, there is the central patio that communicates the whole area, on this floor is the kitchen with pantry, fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the laundry room, guest toilet and access to the garage and courtyard.
At an intermediate height, accessed by a very wide staircase, we find the large living room with a beautiful and typical Galician fireplace, access to the porch and from there to the pool and garden, a double bedroom with two beds and en suite bathroom and three further bedrooms, one with bunk beds and two with single beds, a perfect space for children, as this area also has a full bathroom.
The property has a covered garage for two cars, but with the possibility of parking several cars on the property. In this garage there is a second fridge and freezer, as well as a portable barbecue and paella pan.
