This two-bedroom apartment is the result of a renovation project that makes the most of the architectural features of the period Sevillian house in which it is located and adds a very special flavor to its interior design. The result: a spectacular, functional and elegant home, discreet luxury with a masculine, seductive touch.
The property seduces you as soon as you cross the threshold: high ceilings, large windows, original woodwork and colorful floor tiles testify to the quality and Sevillian character of the apartment. The walls have been painted in seductive colors: greens, blues and grays, the rooms furnished with carefully selected pieces of different styles and origins.
A corridor leads from the entrance to the rest of the apartment. First, the kitchen, in a classic style made modern by the green color palette. It is fully equipped with appliances and opens onto an interior patio with tiled walls and furniture where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast.
The living room is at the end of the hallway, overlooking the street, bathed in natural light from two large windows. There's a sitting area with TV, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, sideboard and sound system. All carefully chosen pieces, all of the highest quality and all different; versatile, so you can adapt the room to your own needs. We love Amaro's use of symmetry in his creations, almost as if he were setting up a small, opulent stage. The story is in the detail: lamps, red-painted iron side tables, sumptuous textiles, curtains and upholstery used throughout for a fashionable, masculine touch. A separate dining room has a table and chairs for six.
The property has two double bedrooms of similar size, both bathed in natural light and overlooking the street through large windows with balconies. The first of the bedrooms has twin beds and a closet for clothes and a suitcase. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. In both rooms, the textiles used are the striking factor: a mix of velvet, silk, linen and cotton, in an expressive combination of patterns giving the rooms a renewed air: upholstered headboards, intense and dramatic colors...
In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there's another full bathroom with freestanding bathtub. Bathroom decoration has also been carefully chosen, with highly original results: painted walls, Macael marble (from quarries in the Almeria region) and wall tiles matching the hexagonal tomettes used throughout the property.
The Plaza de la Encarnación is a strategic crossroads in the city center, just a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions. Covered by the now emblematic Metropol Parasol and its impressive viewpoint, historical heritage is omnipresent: the Church of the Annunciation, the Church of the Divine Redeemer or the Plaza de la Campana. New fashion boutiques, cafés and small restaurants have breathed new life into the district, now known as Seville's Soho, and the neighboring streets of Regina and Pérez Galdós will delight shoppers.
