The apartment is 200m from the beach, close to Barcelona street where you'll find the main shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the train station.
From the bus stops near the apartment, you can reach various places of tourist interest such as Port-Aventura, Aquopolis, Barcelona, Tarragona, etc.

House rules:
1º We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2. The apartment is rented with sheets, (towels optional at 4€ pax).
3. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00).
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise he/she can check in from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11 a.m.
4º When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it; the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6º It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7. Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8. Third floor without elevator.
