This beautiful studio has it all.
You can't get any closer to the sea. 270-degree view of the magnificent Mediterranean Sea and the city.
1 minute from the beach by elevator, less than 10 meters from the building.
The private balcony offers an impressive view of the sea and the promenade.
The living room has a large connected TV. There's a lovely dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine as well as an oven and stove.
The well-spaced apartment has 2 bedrooms available.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer is also available.
The kitchen has a large Smeg refrigerator with freezer compartment. A convection oven and microwave oven are provided, as well as an Italian coffee machine. A wide range of kitchen utensils are also at hand.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided free of charge.

About the area
About the city
The town has a happy, fun atmosphere and attracts visitors young and old. There's an abundance of stores and boutiques, and the best place to go is the main pedestrian street of Calle San Miguel, where stores line up to sell you goods of all kinds.
The city is also awash with color in summer, with over a thousand species of trees and flowers planted in and around the city's streets, squares and parks.
The old fishermen's quarter of El Bajondillo is at the end of Calle San Miguel, at the bottom of a steep staircase, where you'll find excellent seafood restaurants, souvenir stores and down below is El Bajondillo beach.
Torremolinos' seafront promenade stretches as far as the Benalmadena marina and is a pleasant evening stroll, where you'll pass the old fishing village of La Carihuela.
Beaches
Torremolinos has six beaches in its municipality, and all have clean, golden sands and plenty of facilities, including restaurants and water sports. The 7-kilometer beach promenade is perfect for an evening stroll through the picturesque fishing village of La Carihuela to the Benalmadena marina.
The latter can be reached by the nearby elevator, which leads directly to the beach.
Important information
Pets. Although we love pets, we need to know what type of animal you plan to travel with before we can accept your wishes. If we accept your pet, there may be an additional cost. This can be paid on arrival.
Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
Security deposit. We aim to return the deposit and if you follow the rules there will be no problem. The deposit will be returned in the same way it was paid.
Check-in is possible between 2pm and 9pm. Late check-in is possible but charges will apply.
