The welcoming living room features a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, with reversible air conditioning for your comfort. The veranda houses a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combo. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and the modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine, with separate toilet.
This star-rated gîte faces WEST, so you can enjoy the sunset from the terrace. Secure private parking is available, and there's a bus stop nearby for your convenience.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Take advantage of a free WIFI connection to stay connected. Electricity consumption is calculated according to meter readings, and linen can be rented on request, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning service for 70 euros.

Surroundings: Balaruc les Bains, L'Etang de Thau is a seawater lake, very shallow and therefore perfect for family swimming with children. With its exceptional stretch of water, the Etang de Thau is ideal for sailing in all seasons. The Manuréva nautical center offers a wide range of water sports (catamaran, paddle, kayak, optimist, etc.) for children aged 6 and over. Other activities include tennis, bicycle touring, pétanque, beach volleyball and a skate park. Renowned since antiquity, thermal water has become a source of well-being. Experience a moment of relaxation at the spa "O'balia, the 1st thermal spa in the Mediterranean", and don't miss the "Mediterranean Antique Garden". There are many places to visit: Sète, the Mediterranean's leading fishing port, with its Halles covered market and the panoramic view from Mont Saint Clair. Bouzigues, Mèze and Marseillan, authentic villages, are famous for their seafood production (oysters, mussels...). Agde for its historical heritage, with a visit to the Musée de l'Ephèbe a must. Frontignan for its Muscat wine and the famous pebble beach of Des Aresquiers. The Massif de la Gardiole for its sumptuous landscapes. Béziers, where you can discover the 9 Ecluses site.
