On the ground floor, you'll find an attractive living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area with TV (sofa bed for 2 people with extra charge), an independent toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with a pull-out bed (160x200), a double bedroom (160x200) and a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be made into a double), and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside: courtyard of approx. 100 m? with covered terrace featuring a 6-person spa (June to September - minors not permitted), barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs and tent. Parking is available in a parking lot at the rear of the gite (recharging points for electric cars available on request at extra cost). Beds are made up, towels and household linen are provided, and end-of-day cleaning, electricity and heating are included in the price. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, on the outskirts of Bar sur Aube where you'll find all amenities and shops, 7 km from the Nigloland amusement park, 50 km from Troyes, M?lanie and Arnaud welcome you to this spacious house that can accommodate up to 8 people, retaining the charm of the past with its stonework, half-timbered walls and exposed beams, while combining careful decoration with the taste of the day. Set in a working vineyard, the winegrower-owners offer tastings of their vintages in their superb cellar just below the gite (details available from the owners).
