Located just a 5-minute drive from the famous Le Prarion ski lift, this naturally bright and modern ground-floor retreat offers a peaceful location enveloped in greenery along with a private terrace. The 2-bedroom apartment has all the desirable features of an alpine getaway and is suitable for up to 4 guests. In the spacious and elevated living room, there are sofas, Smart TV, a coffee table and a fully-equipped kitchen to facilitate an absolutely carefree holiday. In the kitchen, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine are available for guests’ use accompanied by indoor dining. From the apartment’s location, the Les Houches train terminal is just a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. The Le Prarion ski lift and Bellevue Cable car are both a 5-minutes drive and give access to stunning powder pistes for all abilities. The sunny village of Copeau, with the year-round destination of Merlet Animal Park, and Les Chavants are a 10-15 minutes drive. For some off-slope fun, the village of Les Houches also has 2 snow parks.
Those coming with children will find Les Houches’ Jardin du Niege perfect for skiing with their little ones, there is also a cycling park Astro Bic at a 6-minute drive. The ski resort of Chamonix, full of diverse opportunities for hiking, mountaineering, shopping and water sports during summers is a 10-minute car ride. + Spacious and well equipped accommodation, quiet environment, good location above the village - Parking difficult to access or even impossible in case of snow - Bedding in one of the rooms in bad condition, unacceptable cleanliness and lack of mattress protection. - no heating on our arrival, the floor heating was broken down and not repaired, temporary radiators to be connected on multi plugs with extension cords were placed in the apartment, in disregard of any safety rule. One of the temporary radiators broke down during our stay, but the local agency reacted quickly to replace it.
