Magnificent fully-renovated T3 apartment for 4 people in a secure residence just a stone's throw from La Roquille beach, with private parking space.
Les Haut de la Clape residence, secure and planted with trees, close to La Roquille beach and shops, 10 minutes' walk from the center of the port.
In the T3 apartment, you'll find two closed bedrooms with 140x190 beds and storage space, a mobile air-conditioning unit, a living room with sofa, two armchairs and TV, a dining area, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher) overlooking the garden.
In the garden you'll find a large dining table with 6 chairs
and electric awning.
