The apartment l'Herminette is located in garden and main floors of the Chalet.

Located on the Confins Valley, you will not be disappointed by the view of this splendid apartment, recently renovated, with lots of taste and a very good quality of materials.

Built on 3 floors, you will have access to the garden level and the main floors. The 1st floor will be occupied by the owners during their ski trip, you may meet them during your stay.
The entrance to the apartment will be through the kitchen, it will be completely independent from the owner's.

Located South, you will enjoy all day long the beautiful sunny days, while having a clear view on the mountains. The sun is rising behind Balme and is setting at Beauregard.

Our chalet is located on the Confins Valley, the shuttle stop 'Fernuy d'en Haut' is located a few steps from the Chalet. You can take the Bossonnet shuttle - Line 1 (Les Confins - Bossonnet - Gare Routière) to go to the center of La Clusaz, for a little walk or a day of skiing from the lifts in the center of the village. You can also take Line 2 (Balme and Le Bossonet) which will take you to the 'Balme and Fernuy cable car'.

The Confins Nordic area (1420m /1650 m) is internationally recognized, and yes, you are next door! For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, this chalet is ideally located. Friendly site with trails for all levels and all ages.

About la Clusaz :

'Skiers on their first time to La Clusaz are often surprised by how much is on offer. This beautifully preserved domain has 5 interlinked massifs with diverse skiing possibilities catering to all experience levels. Each and every massif is remarkable in its own way. The 84 pistes, with a total of 125km of slopes are accessed by a network of highly efficient ski lifts. A shuttle bus service also links La Clusaz to Le Grand Bornand resort and with a Massif des Aravis ski pass, you can access an impressive 220kms of slopes.

La Clusaz can also boast of being part of the circle of resorts with pistes with the biggest vertical drops: from the summit of Balme to the village there is over 1 500m of altitude to ski down!

A WHITE WONDERLAND RIGHT TO SPRING

The La Clusaz domain has some of the best snow conditions in France, with the Aravis massif forming the first ‘natural barrier’ to the Alps and so capturing all the precipitation. This means the resort regularly opens earlier in November, at the same time as the biggest resorts in France. The exceptional snow conditions means a full 5 months of skiing in La Clusaz.'
