Original house created from the renovation of an ancient water mill. Equipped garden with oven and barbecue. The complex also includes a small lake. Recommended the Festival of Spoleto (15 km away) (end of June/beginning of July): international theater, music and ballet event. On request: painting, cooking classes and typical dinners of Umbria. The last 700 m of the access road are not asphalted, the last 40 m of which are steeper.
