Magnificent 75-square-meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This 75-square-meter apartment is located right in the center of Chamonix and is perfect for your skiing or summer mountain vacations.
It features a balcony with views of the Mont-Blanc massif and the Aiguille, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You'll be close to all amenities, stores and ski lifts.

Accommodation
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be converted into a double bed ;
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 1m ;
- a bathroom with Italian shower;
- a fully-equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room ;
- a lounge area to relax in after a day's walking;
- and a balcony.

It should be noted that the apartment is ideal for four people on a basic basis, but there is a possibility of accommodating two children in addition. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
The apartment's location is ideal: right in the pedestrian street of the town center, close to a variety of bars, restaurants and shops; close to the ski lifts (Brévent is a 10-minute walk away, but you'll need to plan for a long climb).
The Aiguille du Midi cable car is just a 6-minute walk away, taking you to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy spectacular views over the valley.
The Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the bus station!
Transport is free of charge, thanks to the guest cards provided in the apartment.
An "O'shop" ski rental store is just a 5-10 minute walk away, on Place Edmond Desailloud, and offers a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! For your daily shopping needs, there's a "Super U and Drive" just a 5-minute walk away.
For all bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at extra cost. For reservations validated after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
