Large, comfortable 190m2 house on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in the heart of a 9000m2 pine forest.
Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends in this haven of peace in the heart of nature, yet just a stone's throw from the center of Aix-en-Provence.
The property features a large living room overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Three bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the same level. Four further bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a bathroom and plenty of storage space.
Superb exterior for enjoying the Provencal sunshine: a large swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture and a lunch table. View over the charming town of Aix-en-Provence, whose city center is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away.
Other note: The pool can be SECURED INTEGRALLY with a Beethoven protection system, which parents with small children must SYSTEMATICALLY request before arrival.
The pool is open from May to September
Late arrival fee to be paid on site to the receptionist:
Between 9pm and 11pm = €50
Between 11pm and 1am = €90
No entry after 1am
The deposit must be paid 10 days before arrival with our partner Swikly.
