Ideally located in the center of "la banane", the apartment is close to all amenities: - Shops (Monoprix open 7/7 until midnight, Gambetta market every day except Monday, rue d'Antibes in the immediate vicinity...

The apartment is composed of a large main room equipped with a double sofa bed with top of the range Bultex 160x200 bedding, a large LCD TV with all international channels and a fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room.
The open kitchen is ultra equipped to ensure your comfort during your stay: Coffee maker, built-in refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, kettle, hotplate, microwave oven, hood, dishwasher, oven, and dishes for 6 people.
The dining area consists of a round table with 6 chairs.
You will also have a washing machine, a dryer and all the necessary to maintain your clothes during your stay (iron and ironing board...)
Two cosy rooms each composed of 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be assembled into a double bed and storage space (chests under the beds and shelves). They are located at the back of the apartment and are therefore absolutely quiet.
Each room has its own bathroom with shower. One of them also has a separate toilet. A guest toilet is also available.
