Apartment on the 1st floor decorated with taste and including a very bright and spacious living/dining area, overlooking the sunny terrace with views over the pool and garden. The modern and separate kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room by a very practical pass-through. One of the two bedrooms (of good size) has a double bed, built-in cupboards, a fully equipped bathroom and overlooks the terrace. The second one has two single beds and an integrated wardrobe. The apartment also has another bathroom.
Just a few minutes by car, you will find a superb beach with its bar and restaurant as well as the port district and its cafés, its wonderful restaurants and its vibrant nightlife. The residence is surrounded by the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean Sea, and has several swimming pools and well-kept gardens. Not far from the residence is a first golf course. Casares Golf, a few minutes from Casares Roads, with its restaurants and clubhouse, offers holidaymakers in this residence discounts on play fees for its 9-hole course. Shops, bars and restaurants are not far away. You can reach Estepona and its Sunday market in just 10 minutes. The must-see cities of Marbella and Puerto Banus, with their shops and restaurants, are only about 20 minutes by car in the opposite direction: they offer a wide range of shops and restaurants. Gibraltar is only 35 km away. You will be asked for a deposit of 20€ per person for the ribbons allowing access to the pool area in summer.
