Beautiful luxury apartment located on the top floor with a terrace and sea view, with two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, built-in cupboards and a fully equipped bathroom. The second one has two single beds and an integrated wardrobe. The apartment also has another bathroom, as well as a living/dining area that opens onto the terrace. The modern and separate kitchen is fully equipped.
Just a few minutes by car, you will find a superb beach with its bar and restaurant as well as the magnificent harbour district, its restaurants and its vibrant nightlife. This recent location is located on a hillside surrounded by the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean Sea, and has several swimming pools and well-kept gardens. Not far from the residence is a first golf course. Casares Golf, a few minutes from Casares Roads, with its restaurants and clubhouse, offers holidaymakers in this residence discounts on play fees for its 9-hole course. Shops, bars and restaurants are not far away. You can reach Estepona and its Sunday market in just 10 minutes. The must-see cities of Marbella and Puerto Banus, with their shops and restaurants, are only about 20 minutes by car in the opposite direction: they offer a wide range of shops and restaurants.
