Located in rue Gaby Morlay, 900 m from town center and lake with children's play area, and 1900 m from the beach. Pleasant single-storey house comprising an entrance hall with cupboard, large living room with TELEVISION, kitchen equipped with 4 gas rings, oven, DISHWASHER, MICRO-ONDE and fridge/freezer, utility room with LINEN WASHER, 3 bedrooms each with double bed, shower room with shower and double washbasin on cupboard, 2 WCs and garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Cleaning provided by tenant. Linen not provided, can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1 to May 31 extra according to meter reading.
