Location Vacances à Sète : In a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), close to shops and the beach, in the Villeroy district, magnificent 4-room apartment on the top floor with elevator, facing east/south and west. This comfortable apartment features a very large 69m² terrace, with a lovely unobstructed view of the sea and the Thau Basin. The living room features a sofa, TV, storage space and Internet access. A kitchen opening onto the living room (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a master suite with en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin), a 160cm bed and storage space, the 2nd bedroom has a 140cm bed and storage space, the 3rd bedroom has 2 90cm beds, storage space and a desk. Fully air-conditioned apartment with private, gated parking. Pets not allowed. Late check-in possible: €50 (details on request).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 160€, Mini box wifi (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
